The beautiful double room was comfortable, and we loved having a microwave and fridge to prepare our own meals. Sharon was an friendly host and the location was convenient for reaching shops and st donats castle.

Everything was very good, affable staff, excellent location adjacent to the garden, a shop down the street, and Lantwitt beach. The breakfast was superb with servings served in the main house and frequently replenished. Loved the location to a romantic getaway.

The accommodation was elegantly presented and featured good elements like a soothing hot tub surrounded by beautifully lit gardens. Our stay included a delicious cooked breakfast with high-quality ingredients, which was so great. The host Sharon made our surprise birthday treat lovely by going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

The staff was really helpful and we would definitely book again. Had pleasant 3 nights here. The location to a romantic getaway was peaceful.

Good fresh milk in the fridge made for a nice touch .

The TV only picked up one channel, Granada news, which didn't even match the location. Had to unplug the kettle to use it. The breakfast included long-life croissants that felt rubbery, along with pre-packaged bread and cereals. The bathroom setup required walking past other guests, leading to discomfort, especially if sharing facilities. The room lacked a lock on the door. There was clutter, made surface space scarce.

The room was beautifully presented and the hot tub was a perfect retreat, especially after spending the day exploring. Breakfast in the garden was a lovely touch, but the noise from the fridge was a bit bothersome at night. A lovely experience with some room for improvement.

Where do I even begin? The dismal breakfast felt more like an afterthought, and the shower water was lukewarm- unacceptable! I was expecting at least a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, I seemed like just another guest. If only I could give this place a glowing review, but I just couldn't.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy. And some evenings the dogs could be quite vocal.

Enjoyed the patio garden and felt welcomed by the lovely hosts. Don't miss the attention to detail throughout. A relaxing retreat that left us eager for a longer visit next time!

It was just a well-suited match for a quick break in Flemingston with very good value for money. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus after a long day. Just be cautious on the step into the building. It can be a bit tricky.
